📋 Description

  • Lead customer assurance for GNB and C&E; handle security, privacy, AI, and compliance requests.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Security, Privacy, Product, and Legal; share best practices.
  • Coordinate and prioritize a high-volume queue of customer assurance requests.
  • Ensure accurate completion of reviews and related requests within deadlines.
  • Provide RFP expertise for GNB and C&E teams.
  • Maintain AI-driven tools and Trust Center to boost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience in security, privacy, customer assurance, or compliance (SaaS/tech).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience leading a high-volume support queue.
  • Working knowledge of content management or content automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of information security, privacy, risk and compliance.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines; results-driven; collaborative and accountable.
