🎯 Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience leading a high-volume support queue.
- Working knowledge of content management or content automation systems.
- Strong understanding of information security, privacy, risk and compliance.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines; results-driven; collaborative and accountable.
