🎯 Requirements
- IT experience: 12–16 years
- 7 years PM experience leading multiple concurrent customer-facing projects
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery
- AI/GenAI and software delivery projects; translate tech for non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, forecasts, and risk management
- Strong communication, stakeholder mgmt, and client-facing leadership
