Senior Specialist Client Services Project Manager, Actimize

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery across full lifecycle (initiation to deployment).
• Plan and manage detailed project plans (schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies).
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with client users, management, and executive sponsors.
• Prepare and deliver status reports and executive presentations.
• Travel to customer sites as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15 years IT experience, 8+ years senior PM/Program mgmt.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT/Engineering/Business Admin.
• Strong experience managing large-scale enterprise projects in Banking and Financial Services.
• Hands-on with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Power BI.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder mgmt, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Change management and delivery governance expertise.
• Ability to drive programs in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (advantage).
• Experience managing multiple large programs across diverse tech/ops teams (advantage).
• Techno-functional background in risk, compliance, AML, or financial crime (advantage).
• Flexibility to work second shift or extended hours when required (advantage).
