  • Traffic, schedule, and launch campaigns across YouTube, Paid Social, TV, streaming, and OTT.
  • Build, launch, and QA paid social campaigns; ensure targeting aligns with goals.
  • Coordinate with brand/creative teams to traffic assets and messaging.
  • Track upper- and mid-funnel performance (reach, frequency, views, engagement).
  • Compile clear, recurring performance reports with actionable insights.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years in media, marketing, or agency environments
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with campaign performance data
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of digital media buying and measurement
  • Familiarity with media metrics (GRPs, CPMs, reach, frequency)
