Senior Specialist 2, Accounting

📋 Description

• Own capitalization processes for monthly close; reconcile XI to CEA.
• Manage XI data import, model run, and reconciliations for CEA capitalization.
• Work with CEA Support; perform UAT.
• Prepare monthly trend analysis aligned to trial balance and financials.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Commissions Ops on new comp plans and capitalization impact.
• Assist internal/external audit cycles with detailed supports.
• Improve cap commissions/reconciliation via automation; draft process docs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
• Strong US GAAP, ASC 606, and SOX knowledge.
• Proficiency with Xactly Incent, Xactly CEA, NetSuite, Floquast.
• Knowledge of internal controls over financial reporting and risk mitigation.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and cross-department collaboration.
• Knowledge of incentive plan structures (quotas, accelerators, pay mix, OTE).
• Able to work in a fast-growth environment with changing priorities; team player.
