Ensure timely turnaround of Borrower consent matters
Provide management with written recommendations on borrower requests
Review loan docs and servicing agreements for viability and generate letters
Perform analysis for transactions such as leasing activity, collateral changes, partial releases
Update assigned pipeline in various tracking systems
Collaborate with servicing entities, legal counsel, borrowers, and senior management

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
3-5 years underwriting/financial analysis experience, preferably CRE
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent computer skills
