Ensure timely turnaround of Borrower consent matters
Provide written recommendations on borrower requests
Review loan documents and servicing agreements to assess requests
Analyze transactions such as leasing activity, collateral changes, and partial releases
Document transactions in the Servicing and retention systems
Update assigned pipeline in tracking systems

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent
3-5 years of underwriting/financial analysis experience, preferably CRE
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent computer skills
