📋 Description

• Work with hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies for various roles.
• Build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels.
• Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape.
• Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and campaigns to hit hiring goals.
• Engage and qualify technical candidates and assist them through the recruitment process.
• Track progress of leads and candidates with great attention to detail.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of sourcing experience for a consumer-facing web startup.
• 3+ years of sourcing experience for web and mobile engineering roles.
• Proven track record identifying, engaging, and hiring top technical talent.
• Expertise in creative sourcing across channels: web research, networks, referrals.
• Strong data proficiency to analyze funnel metrics, diagnose gaps, and drive decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM.
