🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in sound design and audio post-production, with 2+ years in a lead role
- Experience mentoring other sound designers or audio pros
- Deep expertise in production audio, dialogue editing, sound design, and final mix
- On-set experience with talent in high-pressure production
- Proven ability to manage multiple series without compromising quality
- Familiar with AI audio tools like iZotope RX or Adobe Enhance
- Proficient with Monday.com and collaborative post pipelines
