- Proven ability to translate complex workflows into scalable specs.
- Track record leading multi-disciplinary initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-driven with KPIs like pipeline influence, win rate, cycle time.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS in regulated contexts; APIs, metadata models, IDP/AI.
- Bonus: partner delivery models; FINRA/SEC, GxP, FDA exposure.
