- Background in implementation consulting, solutions architecture, or PM.
- Translate complex workflows into scalable specs and system requirements.
- Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS in regulated contexts, APIs, metadata models, and IDP/AI.
