- GxP, regulatory submissions, MLR reviews, clinical trial experience.
- Deep understanding of core clinical trial workflows and industry tech stack.
- Background in implementation consulting, solutions architecture, or product/program management.
- Proven ability to translate complex workflows into scalable specs and system requirements.
- Data-driven with KPIs like pipeline influence, win rate, cycle time, and time-to-adoption.
