- IAM knowledge: SSO, MFA, SCIM, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, LDAP
- Lifecycle management, RBAC, provisioning/deprovisioning
- Zero Trust Architecture understanding
- Frontend web (JS/HTML), mobile (iOS/Android) and backend (Java/C#/Node.js/Python)
- Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Elite communicator
- Identify/map/manage multiple personas: IT admins, CISOs, architects, procurement, legal
- Confident dispensing knowledge to a highly skilled audience
- Typically 10-25% travel
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, MIS or comparable field preferred
- In-person onboarding at SF HQ or Chicago office in week 1
