Senior Solutions Engineer, Public Sector

📋 Description

• You research, explore and identify customer business problems
• You own the technical win for the lifecycle of the customer
• You serve as a subject matter expert across multiple industries
• You drive the technical deal forward
• You understand product integrations, including Salesforce, Google, Office365
• You lead demos articulating Box's value across the suite (AI, Web, Mobile)

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year degree or equivalent work experience required
• 5+ years in Enterprise Field Solutions Engineering or relevant customer-facing experience
• Experience with SLED and Federal accounts; strong knowledge of FedRAMP and compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of government procurement cycles, RFP/RFI processes, and contract vehicles (e.g., GSA schedules)
• Familiarity with FAR and other regulatory frameworks
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, tools, and how they integrate into enterprise solutions
