- 5+ years pre-sales engineering experience
- Customer-facing experience in consulting or support
- Strong IAM knowledge: SSO, MFA, OAuth, OIDC, SAML
- LDAP, RBAC, provisioning/deprovisioning
- Zero Trust Architecture and core security concepts
- AWS, Azure, and GCP experience
