🎯 Requirements
- Mechanically intuitive; knowledgeable about injection molding processes
- Comfortable in deep technical talks with engineers and executives
- Consultative; asks questions to understand the why
- Engineering degree (Mech or Plastics); 5–7+ years in engineering; PM/presentation skills
- CAD and technical drawing experience; Mold Design expertise
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
