Cultivate deep understanding of our products to tackle customer issues.
Partner with Account Executives to perform business value oriented discovery.
Develop and deliver product demonstrations showing business value and outcomes.
Establish relationships with IT, Procurement, Security, Legal, and Compliance.
Collaborate on RFPs and security questionnaires with Security/Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Legal.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience in solutions/sales engineering and technical implementation
Comfortable working CET and travel within EMEA for key engagements
Fluent German (C1/C2/native) and professional English; able to lead discovery and demos
Exceptional written communication for technical docs, RFP responses, and security questionnaires
Deep understanding of SaaS product design, build, and integrations via RESTful APIs
Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, GDPR, and data protection standards
