Discover, digest, organize and execute major projects
Join Account Executives in onsite visits with customers when appropriate
Proactively identify and address potential manufacturing challenges (including DFM)
Stay informed on upcoming projects to align with Xometry capabilities
Gather customer insights and feedback to inform sales strategies

🎯 Requirements

10+ years aerospace/defense engineering/manufacturing experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required
CNC machining expertise; composites, plastics, harnesses, sheet metal fab bonus
Deep familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST compliance
Experience with Salesforce; strong communication and problem-solving skills
25-35% travel; Mountain or Pacific time zones preferred
