🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years aerospace/defense engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required
- Experience using Xometry's services from a customer perspective
- Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST compliance
- Strong CNC machining experience; composites/plastics/harnesses a bonus
- GD&T and manufacturing principles knowledge
- Salesforce CRM experience
- Google Suite and Microsoft Office proficiency
