๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Drive technical discovery, architecture design, and PoC in pre-sales.
  • Partner with AEs and CSMs to craft technical value propositions.
  • Deliver demos, workshops, and proposals for execs and tech stakeholders.
  • Build trust with customers; identify champions; act as strategic advisor.
  • Bridge customers with Product/Engineering to relay feedback.
  • Lead cross-regional initiatives; improve SE tools and frameworks for scale.
  • Mentor juniors; share SE best practices across team.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of LaunchDarkly platform, integrations, and trends.
  • Respond to RFPs; manage technical environments for enterprise sales.
  • Translate complex client needs into scalable, sound solutions.
  • Represent LaunchDarkly at events and customer engagements with travel.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years in solutions/sales eng or systems architect role.
  • SDLC, cloud architecture, or DevOps.
  • Extensive cloud knowledge: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
  • Proven PoC leadership and building deal champions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation; thought leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
  • Experience with security/compliance frameworks PII, PCI, HIPAA is a bonus.
  • 50% travel required.
