- Work with go-to-market teams to showcase Deel's Global Payroll Platform value.
- Consult with prospects to assess payroll practices and identify improvements.
- Act as the technical voice in sales cycles: discovery, RFPs, demos, and integrations.
- Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Ops to advocate for needs and refine messaging.
- Challenge the status quo; seek opportunities to scale, improve, and refine.
- Stay current on payroll legislation, trends, and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant
- Previous experience working for a Global Payroll or HCM organisation
- Background/understanding of HCM and ERP payroll-based integration, especially Workday and SuccessFactors
- Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10%)
- Outstanding presentational skills, always focusing on value
- Comfortable in a start-up, fast-moving environment
