- 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles (SE/SA/consultant/PM) in SaaS
- Software development experience in front end or back end areas
- Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React
- Back-End: Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift/Obj-C
- Experience with data formats and data transformation
