Work with Sales to evaluate and adopt Algolia solutions
Understand and qualify customer goals with KPIs and articulate Algolia’s value
Assist in sales tasks including discovery, demos, POCs, RFPs, and business justification
Develop custom search apps leveraging Algolia tools, frameworks, and partners
Distill and advocate customer needs to Product and Engineering teams
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success for onboarding

🎯 Requirements

Speak German fluently
4+ years in a customer facing technical role
Front End: JavaScript, TypeScript, React
Back End: Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python
Experience with data formats and data transformation
Experience at SaaS scale with ARR around 150-300M
