Prepare customer proposals with high-level system design, process needs, and ROI analyses
Perform site visits
Collaborate with vendors/engineering to specify hardware/software components
Specify and execute customer-specific test plans
Build and update customer-facing presentations

🎯 Requirements

Direct experience with warehouse robotics (2+ years)
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for site visits
Ability to view situations from the customer's perspective
Strong communication and presentation skills; condense complex info clearly
Undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering or related field
(BONUS) Direct experience with warehouse control/management systems
