  • Proven ability to influence sales cycles and buyer journeys
  • Enterprise customer experience; navigate complex orgs; US work authorization
  • Familiarity with PagerDuty or incident mgmt; certs (AWS/Azure/GCP) a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation; translate tech for any audience; travel as needed
