π― Requirements
- 4β6+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or similar customer-facing roles in SaaS
- Advanced discovery skills, with the ability to uncover latent pain and reframe customer thinking through targeted, hypothesis-driven questioning
- Ability to operate independently alongside Account Executives, leading the technical and consultative motion without requiring SC leadership support
- Hands-on familiarity with AI-powered financial tools or workflows, with the ability to demo and discuss them credibly with both technical and business audiences
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders, including executive-level audiences
