- Proficiency with REST, SOAP, EDI, and Web Services.
- Experience with AI-powered platforms, including generative AI.
- Excellent communication and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- APAC customer-facing experience; familiarity with Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and Japan.
