Drive functional requirements gathering and define end-to-end integration specs.
Be the subject matter expert on freight forwarding domains affecting integrations.
Build deep understanding of Flexport tech capabilities for integrations.
Lead projects across traditional and modern integration tech: EDI X12, EDIFACT, REST, SOAP.
Collaborate with Product and Integration Engineers to ensure clear requirements.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Solutions Consultant/Architect roles delivering enterprise integrations.
Familiarity with APIs, protocols (FTP/SFTP/AS2) and formats (JSON, XML).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ownership mindset to drive improvements across teams.
Cross-functional collaboration and project leadership.
Self-motivated, eager to learn and solve problems.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or relevant experience.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
