  • Proven ability to lead technical validation with a customer-obsessed approach.
  • Experience with integration-heavy lifecycles in the sales tech stack.
  • Fluency with REST APIs, CRMs, data pipelines, and marketing automation tools.
  • Executive-level communication to VP/C-level stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional partner across Sales, Onboarding, Success, Marketing, Product, Eng.
  • AI-native mindset with ownership and applying AI to work smarter.
