📋 Description

• Provide tools and processes to accelerate deals and contracts.
• Connect with customers to drive sales across manufacturing, facilities mgmt, gov, and maintenance.
• Team with sales to present MaintainX to clients with tailored examples.
• Import real customer data into trial accounts for interactive demos.
• Be the go-to product expert, answering technical questions from sales.
• Stay informed on product updates and incorporate new functionality into demos.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of related experience in technical sales, implementation, solutions building, or sales/solutions engineering.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial operations, or warehouse environments, preferably with exposure to operational workflows.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication ability.
• Insanely detail-oriented and organized.
• Ability to adjust communication style based on customers’ personalities and stakeholders’ objectives.
• BA degree or higher.
