Collaborate with Enterprise AEs on large opportunities (5k-50k employees)
Deliver demos aligned to business initiatives (engagement, retention, productivity)
Explain APIs and integrations with Workday, SAP, Teams, Slack
Travel 25-30% to deliver solutions onsite
Lead pre-sales activities and define challenges/architecture
Create collateral to communicate and influence the deal

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years experience as a solution consultant (SaaS preferred)
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field
French and/or German language required
Knowledge of Workday, SAP, UKG, Microsoft a plus
Strong communication skills; comfortable presenting to C-suite
Self-starter with initiative; able to explain tech to non-technical audiences
