  • 1-3 years in Contact/Call Centers or Technical & Customer Support ops.
  • 3-5+ years with WFM/IEX in a call center.
  • Broad tech/analysis skills for tech/functional implementations.
  • Experience with Salesforce and project-based work.
  • Strong communication; able to present to executives.
  • Industry/product knowledge for implementations and optimization.
