Senior Solutions Architect - Weights & Biases

📋 Description

• Manage complex deployments across AWS, GCP, Azure, and on-prem.
• Partner with customer engineers to provision and monitor services.
• Debug infra issues; ensure performance and scalability via SRE.
• Blend hands-on problem solving with customer-facing demos/workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales Eng, Field Eng, Support, and Product to drive adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, networking, and cloud services.
• Strong fundamentals in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform.
• Proficiency with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure); multi-cloud a plus.
• Strong Linux/Unix command line experience.
