• Builder mindset: prototype, demos, and tailored solutions.
• Autonomy and comfort with ambiguous requirements.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and executives via relationships and teams.
• Proficient in Python or SQL; willing to learn Spark.
• Hands-on with POCs and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Provide technical solutions for specialized needs in a competitive landscape.
• Nice to have: Databricks Certification.
• Travel up to 30-40% to London offices and client sites.
