Senior Solutions Architect - Southwest

📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps.
• Own the technical evaluation as the Directly Responsible Individual, including design and POC/POV.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape strategies for new customers and expansion.
• Build relationships with practitioners and leaders to enable GitLab-driven digital transformation.
• Advise on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices to improve ROI.
• Serve as voice of the customer to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing with feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with customers in technical pre-sales guiding solution design.
• Proficiency with the end-to-end SDLC, DevSecOps, and CI/CD workflows.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab or similar source control, CI/CD, and collaboration tools.
• Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and deployment/security options.
• Ability to lead technical evaluations (POC/POV), tenders, audits, and workshops.
• Clear technical communication for practitioners to senior decision makers.
• Skill in building trusted relationships and advocating for customers.
• Motivation to continuously develop professionally and deepen GitLab platform expertise.
