Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales)

📋 Description

• Design scalable, performant apps and infra for large projects using MongoDB.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization, communicating business value.
• Collaborate with sales on discovery, demos, proof of value, and docs.
• Generate demand via technical initiatives and events in the sales territory.
• Foster customer relationships, build champions, and ensure success and satisfaction.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to ongoing training and product knowledge.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-11 yrs in customer-facing roles, 5-7 yrs in pre-sales; Bachelor's or equivalent.
• 3+ years with scripting languages (Python/Node.js/SQL) or languages (C/C++, Java).
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.
• Review complex architectures with customers and advise improvements.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for leadership.
• Travel up to 25%.
