Senior Solutions Architect (Pre-Sales)

📋 Description

• Design scalable, performant apps and systems leveraging MongoDB.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns; clearly communicate business value.
• Partner with sales to drive account success; own technical discovery, demos, and sizing.
• Generate demand in the sales territory via technical initiatives and events.
• Foster strong customer relationships; ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Mentor teammates and pursue ongoing product/industry training.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-11 years in customer-facing roles; 5-7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software; travel up to 25%.
• 3+ years experience with scripting languages (Python/Node.js/SQL) or major languages (C/C++, Java, C#).
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem.
• Ability to review complex architectures with customers and guide improvements using technology.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to convey complex concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
