📋 Description

• Consultative Senior Solutions Architect for Trace3's Contact Center team.
• Build relationships with clients, gather requirements, and propose solutions.
• Lead pre-sales, evaluations, demos, PoCs, and technical workshops.
• Oversee delivery teams and ensure successful product/project outcomes.
• Deliver solutions within customer experience and AI spaces.
• Collaborate with other practices to create integrated offerings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 10+ years in contact center.
• Experience in a collaboration/consulting firm and strategic solution plans.
• 5+ years cloud strategy/architecture in enterprise environments.
• Deep understanding of CCaaS/UCaaS, CX, and AI solutions.
• Certifications in Genesys, Five9, Webex CC, Amazon Connect, or similar.
• Strong communication, coaching, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to present to C-Level and non-technical audiences.
