Senior Solutions Architect - Appian

📋 Description

• Provide Appian architecture leadership to align solutions with objectives.
• Define Appian-centric enterprise solutions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Act as design authority for Appian-based solutions across critical apps.
• Govern Appian standards and patterns across projects.
• Build prototypes and reference architectures on the Appian platform.
• Lead R&D on LCAP trends via PoCs and workshops.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering; 8–10 years' related experience.
• Experience delivering Appian-based solutions (case mgmt, integrations, data apps).
• Healthcare domain experience; Workers' Compensation knowledge a plus.
• Strong hands-on Appian expertise; lead design/workshops.
• Excellent knowledge of database and infrastructure design.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, CI/CD, NoSQL, APIs, and Microservices.
