- DB architecture: schema design, replication, backups, tuning.
- Pre-sales or customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communication and ability to explain tech to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in scripting to automate migrations.
- Experience with IaC tools: Terraform, Helm, Ansible.
