🎯 Requirements

- Leading complex DB migrations across MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, OpenSearch.
- Strong Linux and distributed systems fundamentals.
- Deep database knowledge: schema design, replication, backup/restore, performance tuning.
- Pre-sales/technical consulting or customer-facing background.
- Proficiency with IaC tools: Terraform, Helm, Ansible; automation.
