- Deep DB knowledge: schema, replication, sharding, tuning.
- Pre-sales or customer-facing experience solving technical challenges.
- Excellent communication; ability to explain complex concepts.
- 7+ years software engineering experience.
- Experience with Terraform, Helm, or Ansible for automation.
