📋 Description

• Lead hands-on database migration projects across MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, and MongoDB.
• Design, implement, and optimize cloud-native migration architectures.
• Guide customers on best practices for cloud migrations and Kubernetes migrations.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Support, and Sales to drive retention and expansion.
• Deliver hands-on workshops, PoCs, and demos on Kubernetes migrations and cloud-native solutions.
• Onboard migrations with minimal downtime and clear technical guidance.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in cloud infrastructure, databases, and migrations.
• Lead migrations across MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, OpenSearch.
• Strong Linux and distributed systems knowledge for cloud environments.
• In-depth DB architecture: schema design, replication, tuning.
• Pre-sales or customer facing experience with complex technical challenges.
• 7+ years software engineering experience with strong communication.
• Proficiency with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
