Senior Solutions Architect, AI Automation & Augmentation

📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to map workflows and identify ROI-backed AI opportunities.
• Design, build, and iterate AI automations using n8n, Copilot Studio, and other tools.
• Ensure solutions fit real-world constraints within NiCE internal processes and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and Developers to securely integrate with enterprise systems and scale.
• Enable internal support teams to use AI through reusable patterns, playbooks, coaching.
• Maintain expertise in AI: LLMs, RAG, GPT-based assistants, APIs, JSON, and light scripting.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in solutions, process improvement, or related cross-functional roles.
• Translate operational needs into AI use cases with measurable outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of AI and NLP tech: LLMs, RAG, GPTs, Copilot-style tools.
• Hands-on with n8n automations; comfortable with Copilot Studio or similar.
• Working knowledge of API integrations, JSON, and basic coding/scripting.
• Demonstrated curiosity; experiments with AI to improve workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to drive adoption.
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
