- Enable clients to use Workato’s Agentic Platform and build AI Agent solutions.
- Conduct discovery to analyze clients' EDI infrastructure, data flows, and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, secure EDI solutions.
- Deliver product demos tailored to customer use cases and explain EDI workflows.
- Lead technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, covering architecture and security.
- Engage stakeholders across customers and product/engineering during presales.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 5-7+ years in EDI design/implementation; 5+ years presales.
- Strong knowledge of EDI formats (X12, EDIFACT) and mapping tools (IBM Sterling, Seeburger).
- Familiarity with iPaaS technologies (Workato, Boomi, Mulesoft).
- Experience with AS2, VANs, SFTP, API and ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics).
- Translate requirements into scalable, secure EDI architectures; strong communication.
- Strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and pre-sales enablement.
