Guide customers to design and deploy scalable systems using MongoDB data platform
Architect and review complex architectures for customers and advise improvements

Build champions and ensure customer success and satisfaction
Travel up to 50% as needed

🎯 Requirements

8-11 years in customer-facing role
3+ years in pre-sales with enterprise software
3+ years with Python, Node.js, SQL or similar languages
Experience designing scalable, distributed systems in cloud and on-prem
Ability to review architectures and advise improvements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
