- Background with social media/digital marketing platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprinklr, Sprout).
- Proven ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, OAuth/SSO, microservices, and event-driven workflows.
