Senior Solutions Architect

📋 Description

• Design scalable, performant apps and infra using MongoDB.
• Advise customers on architecture patterns and business value.
• Partner with sales to drive account success; own discovery, demos, sizing, docs.
• Drive demand generation through technical initiatives and field events.
• Foster strong customer relationships and mentor Solutions Consulting staff.
• Seek opportunities to innovate and improve MongoDB solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-11 years in customer-facing roles; 3+ years pre-sales with enterprise software.
• 3+ years with Python, Node.js, SQL and/or major languages (C/C++, Java, C#).
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems (cloud & on-prem).
• Able to review complex architectures with customers and guide via technology.
• Excellent presentation and communication; convey complex concepts to tech/business leaders.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
