📋 Description

• Lead design of enterprise-grade platforms and digital products.
• Translate strategy into working architecture with engineering teams.
• Advise on architecture strategy, patterns, standards, governance.
• Guide agile teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Mentor junior architects and grow Capco’s tech community.
• Support business development through delivery excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Designing scalable, resilient architectures aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Experience across legacy and modern environments; AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Deploying microservices, APIs, events, sagas, containerisation, serverless.
• FS domain experience: Capital Markets, Retail Banking, Payments, Insurance.
• Translating business requirements into implementable designs with leadership.
• Building relationships with senior leadership and influencing decisions.
• Experience with SAFe and DevOps in agile delivery.
• TOGAF/DDD/NIST familiarity is beneficial.
