• Define, build, and scale Life Sciences solutions portfolio.
\n
• Translate customer signals into repeatable designs and specs.
\n
• Lead cross-functional teams to package and launch solutions.
\n
• Define and prioritize the solution backlog; data-driven decisions on scaling and maintenance.
\n
• Partner with Services to create implementation packages.
\n
• Monitor adoption, pipeline influence, win rate, cycle time, deal size, ARR/AI consumption, WAUs, and time-to-adoption.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 5+ years hands-on Life Sciences workflow experience (GxP, regulatory submissions, MLR, quality, R&D).
\n
• Deep understanding of pharma/clinical trial workflows and industry tech stack.
\n
• Background in implementation consulting, solutions architecture, product/program management, or industry operations with systems ownership.
\n
• Proven ability to translate complex workflows into scalable specifications and system requirements.
\n
• Track record leading multi-disciplinary initiatives with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n
• Data-driven with KPIs such as pipeline influence, win rate, cycle time, deal size, ARR/AI, WAUs, and time-to-adoption.
